My dog is a very sweet pet. He is almost 15 and still going strong. Although he is a very laid back dog, he is not happy when left home alone. After few neighbors let me know he is barking while my wife and I are gone, we decided to get a dog bark collar.
Well, the other night two of my friends stopped by and one of them
